Yoga: Awkward and Difficult
There’s a good chance I might be a weenie when it comes to strength excersizes, but at least today I can certify that I was a weenie in a room full of weenies. Our office subsidizes the cost to have a yoga instructor come in on Thursdays, and it’s usually a pretty good time. I’m particularly fond of the last part with that whole “rest” thing that seems to elude me during the rest of the day (please refer to the header graphic ^). Normally we just do some stretches and maybe a little abdominal work. Today, unlike normally, we did some strengthening excercizes. They were pretty tough too. In honor of the… uh.. gruelling workout (yeah.. that’s it!) I’ve provided you a small glimpse into a mostly true story from today’s session.
